I haven't received a reply to the ticket I submitted.



If you haven't received a reply to the ticket you submitted within 24 hours, firstly, please check the junk/spam folder in your emails, sometimes our emails sneak into those folders.

You can also check for a reply by going here: Belinda Benn Support & selecting the View Existing Ticket button. If you don't have your tracking ID then click Forgot Tracking ID? & enter the email address you used when you submitted the ticket & the ticket ID will be resent to you (don't forget to check your junk folder in case it ends up there). You can then enter that ID & see our reply to your query.

If you still can't find a reply from us, please contact the Customer Service Manager directly through this email address & she will personally attend to your request & ensure you receive a response.
